They were very professional, affordable and customer centric. They arrived early, assessed the issue and repaired it. They explained things clearly and offered maintenance tips. We are extremely satisfied!
I purchased a new door with installation from a local big box stores and they had County Door do the work. County Door was exceptional every step of the way. They called immediately to set up the appointment came out when they said they would and the new door looks and works great. It was refreshing that someone always answered the phone when I called about scheduling. Matt installed a garage door on my 85 year old cinder block "garage" and did a fantastic job. It wasn't an easy one and it took some creativity to get the job done. Even though I'm sure it was a bit of a pain, he was kind, and professional. On top of it all my garage door kit wasn't sent with the right lock, but he promised to come back the next day with the right part and he did just that! Thank you for the outstanding work.
Springs on my garage door broke in the morning and they were out the same day I called. The gentleman had my garage door working in minutes. Excellent service!
Fantastic service and very professional. The springs on my rental garage broke in half. They had been in the house since it was built and they were way past their prime. Roger was on time, immediately knew the issue, had the parts to complete the fix, and was able to help me understand what happened as well as the cost and time for the job.
