Patty did a wonderful job helping my son buy his first home. She was immediately responsive to get us out and show us houses the day after we contacted her. She wrote up three offers and two contracts before my son was able to finally get the home of his dreams. Well, based on the other reviews - there's not much to add....and it's not at all surprising that there are nothing but 5 stars and glowing words of praise!!! Buying or selling a house is a significant life event and our process certainly had several unexpected twists and turns. It was great knowing that Patty had our back as we worked though multiple curve balls with our buyer. Very happy we chose Country Cottage and Patty as our realtor and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!!
