Same story as most government offices. Rude, not helpful will tell you need one thing then when you come back with that they tell you, you need another thing. Frustrating that we’re forced to deal with such difficult people. I’m sure they would have been more helpful if I was of a different ethnicity.

Had absolutely no issues going in to get my vehicle tax docs taken care of in order to register my car here for the first time. The ladies at the desk were polite and helpful, despite what past reviews from others state, and I was able to get things taken care of no issues. Same with the treasurers office and the DMV. Total time from start to finish today was 2 hours and about 30 minutes of that was me on the phone with my loan company, and about another 30 driving. Lisa Philips’ review isn’t wrong! Sent me two tax bills after applying for high mileage. Erin Deas tells me that my 2023 mileage was more than my current mileage. A complete lie. Why? My almost a decade career, requires me to keep track of my mileage daily. I have to report my mileage monthly to my company. Was it that you or someone else couldn’t read my hand writing or you’re lying; because she surely didn’t tell me what I supposedly put down as my mileage in 2023. Absolutely incoherent front desk. Tell the lady she needs to retire. Had to spell my name 11 times, I did it slowly, used alpha-numeric, ect. And then she transferred me to the wrong department after I was already transferred from the assessor's office. It's noting but a circle jerk of transfers in this office.
