Definitely over assessing property values. Doesn't even look at the property. This picture is what you see when you park where he did to "assess" my property. You see nothing but trees. My house sits at the end of the red arrow and to the left. Completely unseen from the road. Now he will go back to his office and assess it at $10,000 more like they have the last 2 years. Shady af. More people need to stand up to them.
