I dropped my iphone 5s. It was freaking out (touch screen all wacky), even though there weren't any visible cracks. I couldn't use the phone at all. Counts repair charged my a very reasonable rate for a screen replacement. It was fixed in less time than I could even get back over there to pick it up. I am super happy. I even bought a new case for cheap! Great place for repairs and no need for expensive insurance - just have Counts fix it. Highly recommend!
Came into the shop with a charging issue on my iPhone 5s. Mr. Counts was knowledgeable on the issue and quickly replaced my charging dock. Unfortunately I dropped my phone later that day and the issue returned. I called Mr. Counts and he offered to keep his shop open later than normal so that I could come back in and have it looked at. Once again he quickly resolved the issue and even fixed it this time for free since there was no required part replacement.
