I had the pleasure of hiring Eren Sullivan for my realtor. He was very professional, knowledge, and prompt with all correspondences. He sold our home in 11 days and sold us our new home with closing on the same day. He was never pushy and has a wealth of friends/acquaintances to help along the way! You don't just a realtor you get 10 years of experience and the best of the inspectors, appraisers and surveys. He went to closing with us and even checked in on us a week later.
If i could give a Negative score Counts Realty EARNED IT...Fraud by one of the licensed agents, senior theft, and 100% violating disclosure laws in the state of florida ..adding to the insult to taking life savingsfrom a disabled retired woman, the"manager" challenged my attempt to settle out of court and have my funds returned to me... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.. THE MANAGERS DON'T CARE AND APPARENTLY NOR DOES THE OWNER... GO ANY WHERE ELSE... ZERO RECOMMENDATION.. NOTHING BUT WARNING...
