I have personally known Mr. Counts for over 40 years and found him to be honest and trustworthy. I always appreciate the fact that when I have issues with my system, he arrives and fixes the problem in a timely fashion. Anytime anyone asks about heating and cooling services, I recommend Mr. Counts.
Super quick service. Got me in the same day, only a few hours after I had called. Very friendly, didn't try to up-sell me on anything - just fixed what was wrong and answered all the questions I had. Pricing was fantastic as well, I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone in need of AC work in the future.

These guys were fast and gave me a reasonable bid. I had them replace a furnace and air conditioner and move a vent. Was done in 2 days. Great company. Mr Counts is great.
The man sent by Counts was very fast, friendly, and honest with us. We had been quoted by a competitor $900 to fix our air conditioner. But, when the man sent by Counts showed up, he fixed it in thirty minutes for $105. He was very kind in getting it running so quickly, and he pointed out where his competitor was trying to rip us off. I would recommend this place to anyone.
