This is nothing more than a 1 woman show run by someone who is not customer oriented. EH has an antiquated business model - does not do anything on line and makes residents call her to request everything. She does not attend board meetings but just calls in and expects you to puther on speaker phone and then repeat everything...not an efficient model. She simply does not know this business, I would not even let her clean my kitty litter box!
