MOVED HERE 2 YEARS AGO - THE PARK IS NICE AND QUITE AND I LOVE IT HERE - BUT I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT RUDENESS AND DISRESPECTFULNESS FROM MANAGMENT AS WELL AS UPPER MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE SISTERS, ONE HAS EVEN BEEN BANNED FROM THE CORONA PROPERTY - PATTY RUNS CORONA AND HER SISTER NORMA RUNS A DIFFERENT PROPERTY. THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE WHO OWNS THE PROPERTY AND YOU CAN NOT TALK TO ANYONE BUT PATTY OR NORMA IF YOU HAVE ISSUES. THEY ARE VERY UNFAIR TO TENANTS AND VERY RUDE. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP! The owners are disgustingly money hungry. Your space rent is raised EVERY single year at 6.99% They have done this the last 23 yrs. Do not let them bullshit, that they don't. Nothing in this park, from the disgusting, old dingy clubhouse broken furniture, the smell in that place is vile, has not been updated in the 23vyrs I've been here.The call box in the front has never been changed, they just keep duct taping everything around here, because they are too cheap to give quality to their tenants, but... read more
