I lived here for a year and a half, before I had to unfortunately break my lease. This complex sits in a great neighborhood but is way behind on inspections. If the wind blows you loose power. Recently, the complex lost power, when restored everyone’s power came back on except my building in phase 2. It took over 10 hours to receive a window unit that did not even work because the electrical outlets would get so hot the window unit would shut off, you could smell the burnt old electrical outlets as they tried to reboot. Overall, very reasonable rent however, the grounds leave much to be desired. I’ve never seen so much trash laying around throughout a property. Sometimes I wonder if anyone cares that lives there. Mind-boggling. Guess the reasonable rent replaces cleanliness?
