This is our first time moving into Countrywood Apartments, and the experience has been great so far. Ma'am Zorianne has been very accommodating, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. She made everything easier for us. We're very happy with the place and appreciate the excellent service!
3/10/2026 - Comment regarding management response: You said all of your charges were made fairly and transparently. I have a totally different understanding of "fairly" and "transparently". The report.....your inspector's report....indicated the apartment was in "Good" shape. That says it all. You making a different decision after the fact based not on facts at all is not my definition of fair or transparent. It's shifty and sneaky....and not the way I would treat people. I hope someone higher than whoever is responding look... read more
