Took a long time to finalize my case. I'm just glad my new case manager i believe his name is (Chritian) took over my case and really got the ball rolling. Thank you
Andrea was so wonderful in the process. There was a hiccup with turnaround in staff handling our case and once she got on board she quickly started to close the gap on communication. She advocated for us on billing and services we were receiving. She kept us updated with a cadence of accountability. I would absolutely recommend this opportunity to others and hopefully everyone stays safe and no one needs to use it but if you do need advocacy and support give them a call
I chose this firm based on great reviews, but my experience was disappointing. Communication was very poor, and my case dragged on for almost three years while I was passed between several case managers. I often had to chase them for updates, with little to no response. The only helpful person was Mindy, who took over near the end and kept me informed. Overall, I would not recommend this firm due to their lack of efficiency and communication.
