I had a good start with countrywide, but once I had made the majority of payments the became a huge pain to work with. Emails were constantly ignored, they were asking for final payment before finishing, they never did a final walkthrough, and they repeatedly skipped critical steps. The installer skipped a step (I was later told he always does this) when installing floating shelves (which were recommended by Countrywide) and didn't install the metal mounting bracket.
