Saved my dog's life about a year or so ago, thank God for you guys! Been keeping up with the regular check ups and I want to thank y'all for your service.
Just yesterday I had to put our 13 year old German Shepherd down. Dr. Bert was the epitome of grace and respect. Not only had he extended her life over the last few years he had cared for her, but here at the end of her life he was humble, kind, and genuinely sorry. I will be forever grateful to him and his staff.
If I could give it a negative star, I would. Since It has left the old building, and gained newer employees we have retracted our pets from going here. I have had nothing but problems and attitude from the front counter girls. My family and I have used this vet office for over 20 plus years until the staff got rude and didn't like to take fault for their words. I personally do not recommend this place and will never recommend it again. My entire (mother, father, grandmother, aunts and uncles) now go to a completely different... read more
Loved it. Great Vet. She took all the time we needed. I did not feel rushed. We will be back even though it's a long drive for us. Staff was awesome also.
The staff are always so nice and they treat my four-legged children just as I would. I have boarded with them and my babies were fine.i will not hesitate to board with them again. I don't think you could get any better vet care anywhere else.
I would NEVER use this animal hospital due to my daughter took her poodle there and was told that the dog had a herniated disk and was told she needed to go to Wilmington for a 3000-4000 surgery that day!!! My daughter was terribly upset at paying the 150.00 bill and the cashier didn't even acknowledge her crying hysterically......very cold atmosphere...she was taken to another vet the next day to a dr that actually has done this surgery before and they were told that the meds were 85% effective whereas the previous dr told ... read more
