It is a nice place. Quite and kept up fairly well. Management has not always been great and seems to change every couple of years here recently. It is under new ownership and management just of this year. Edit: A corporation bought it. After that rent has gone up every year. They just raised it again November 2025 before the Holidays. This place could use some care. The roads are horrible and there are lots of empty trailers. Looks very trashy.
