Been here for 5 years and it's just gone down hill. 1.The staircase came off as they just propped it up with 2×4s. 2. Dryers are always broken. They just keep taking down the signs that residents put on the dryers without fixing them. 3. Homeless people in the parking lot and in the trash almost every day. *Updated- the homeless started jumping the fence and bathing in the hot tub 4. Parking is an issue. 5.
