Last week I had to bring my beautiful Angel in to get her wings, which was one of the most difficult things to do! I came in contact with about 10 different people and every one of them was amazing, thoughtful and very compassionate! They made the situation as comforting as they possibly could. I can not say thank you enough for the help this team of caring hearts gave me and my Angel!
Everyone was so nice! Very nice Vet Hospital that accepts all kinds of animals (dogs, cats, hamsters...etc). They have boarding (for cats/dogs), grooming, and sell pet food and cute collars! Only one person is allowed in with the pet, which is understandable because of the pandemic. The visit took less than 30 minutes. This was my first visit here with my pup. Highly recommend. We needed a vet quickly as we suspected our 15yo cat was in a lot of pain and was at the end of her life. None of the other vets we called would even give us the time of day, but everyone at Countryside was friendly and courteous - from the person who answered the phone to the vet who called with multiple updates, and finally the sweet lady who was with us when our Maisie had to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff is excellent. I highly recommend them!
Highly recommend. The staff were compassionate when my rat had to be out down and even sent me a card with his paw prints. They have given my dog excellent care. She loves visiting the other dogs at daycare. Daycare is reasonably priced at $20 per day.
Everyone in the office is great! I went once and loved them so much we haven't stopped! They are so great with my dog and are much cheaper than anywhere else! I highly recommend!!!!
I appreciate the vets and staff here at Countryside. They are friendly and attentive and listen to my concerns. They do everything they can to ensure my pet friends get the very best possible care.
First time there! Staff was very attentive and thorough, friendly and informative. We will continue to bring our new puppies there!
