RecommendedDr. Lisa is the best! She is honest with you about the needs of your fur-baby and very caring about each animal she attends to. Her staff is also amazing and very caring. We have been going to her for 25+ years now! <3
Got an email to confirm an appointment for 8am. I confirmed. Got there at 8am - no technicians available and was told I'd have to wait 75 minutes because the email they sent was a "mistake." Well, I work for a living, so that wasn't possible. Big waste of time and got my cat very upset for no reason at all. Disgusted. Avoid this place.
After going to another Vet in Irwin multiple times with the same issue, I brought my cat to Countryside. I can say with confidence that switching to Countryside saved my cat's life. Dr. Lisa explained everything and went over x-rays, and she also was very honest and direct about the treatment and prognosis. Dr. Lisa is also very thorough. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Countryside truly cares about the animals health and wellbeing. Thank you for your time, effort, and kindness through a stressful time.
First class staff and vet! If you are looking for a new vet, one that will take the time to care for your pet, you've found the right place. My husband and I took our cat there and he received excellent care and treatment. Dr. Lisa and her staff are very knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to address our concerns and answer our questions and gave him a thorough check up. Thank you for your kindness and for taking care of our Little Guy!

We've been with country side 18+ years !! We have 3 pugs and all the staff know them by name ..they greet us with lots of love!!! Dr. Lisa and Dr. Stacey are always thinking of the pet first!! They are compassionate and caring. And though they are very educated on new treatments and techniques ..they give you the best option even if some time the old fashioned, less costly ways are the best!! Great job
Absolutely fabulous experience.Very attentive and knowledgeable staff members. Got in within 24 hours. By far one of the best veterinary offices and personnel I have experienced over the past 15 years.
