I do not think this place carries any level of professionalism for the type of work they do. The staff showed little to no empathy toward owners, even in moments when we were clearly worried or concerned about our pet’s health. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering that for many of us, our pets are our babies. When you trust a clinic with someone you love, the bare minimum should be compassion and respect neither of which I felt here.
