Police out here every week, I’ve had a Leak in my apartment almost a year , dishwasher broke almost a year, mildew in the bathroom that’s getting worse. Nobody will fix anything, no cameras outside the apartments , recently had a shooting , also trash everywhere bc ppl lazy but yeah it’s income based LMFAO
They don’t want fix anything right plus roaches and I see now why they have 2.0 or 2.5 star
Mostly quiet area, monthly maintenance and inspections keeps the apartments adequately up kept. The apartment manager Ms. Julie is super nice, helpful, and easy to reach. Lived at these apartments for two years, it was a great experience. I notice other reviews mentioning cockroaches, we didn’t have a single cockroach in our apartment over the entire 2 years! Spiders? Maybe a few, very typical, but roaches none (probably has a lot to do with apartment hygiene if you know what I mean). The rent was in $400-$500 range per mont... read more
