We took our 1988 Ford Truck in here and the service was excellent. The ignition switch was bad, which would have been the last thing I suspected. They fixed that plus a few other issues. Excellent service and excellent work at a reasonable price. No doubt we will be back!!
Just left Countryside and the service was great! Larry was very friendly and took good care of me. I appreciate their honesty and affordability. I will be back!
I got to say THANK YOU! my truck was running bad left it with Jeff & Larry. Honestly goes a long way with me! It was running so bad they could have told me anything or charged me a very expensive bill. But Larry told me " BEFORE" We go any where else lets change this fuel filter first. Six years ago my fiancee and I were on our way from our hometown in Terre Haute In to Gatlinburg Tn for a weekend getaway. Our transmission went out in oak ridge and we coasted in to a quality inn. Countryside rebuilt my transmission while we finished our weekend away. I have not had any more trouble with transmission and now have 200,000 miles on the truck. Countryside was there for us in a really tight spot. Thank u for ur professionalism and ur down home courtesy.
I called and checked on tires for my truck, their pricing is very competitive. They ordered my tired, scheduled me for my convenience, service was Great, the folks were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even called 2 days later to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied with my experience and tires. I highly recommend them
