Craig was fantastic and answered all our questions and responded to emails in a timely manner. We have a Hensley Hitch and the techs did a fantastic job transferring that from our old camper to the new all to Hensley's specifications. The walkthrough process was great and so much better than what we got at another local dealer on our previous camper. I highly recommend Countryside RV.
