Friendly, Educational, Polite We had our roofing done by Countryside and had a great experience. Pat came and gave us an estimate and thoroughly taught us everything we would need to know to make informed decisions about our house. He gave us quotes for multiple price points so that we could decide what was best for us and our budget. Tear off and new roof by Bill Izquierdo - Part # 2 (04-06-2013) After meeting with (2) HVAC servicemen on 2 different occasions (1 on the roof) (1 in the attic) it was determined that my leak was not related to any duct work or any other HVAC issue. I notified Ryan @ Countryside and he replaced my chimney housing and rotten roof board under the housing within 48 hours at no additional charge. The leak has gone away and I am satisfied with Countryside's response time once I was confident that I determined the issue.
review I got a few quotes from different compainies for a new skylight in our bathroom, and we chose Countryside. Ken was quick to respond to every call and came out right away for the quote. I liked what I saw on BBB, and he was very professional and nice. The price was very competitive. The job was done perfect and on time and they left no mess. I am very happy we chose them.
Great experience Countryside did an outstanding job on our new roof. We spoke with a number of roofers and found Ken to be knowledgeable, patient, responsive to our needs and questions and their pricing was very competetive. Reliable roofer I spoke with a lot of roofers in the area and I have to say it was really hard to make a decision on who will be the best, most reliable choice. I am so glad we picked countryside roofing. These guys were very knowledgable and honest. Their pricing is very competitive and you definitely get what you pay for. It is no wonder why this company has been around for a while and they seem to have their act together. I have referred countryside to my neighbor and will not hestitate to refer them again!
Review Company needs to do a better job of maintaining the landscaping before, during and after the work is completed. Plants and bushes were not fully protected from roof debris. I counted numerous plants, bushes and flower beds smashed in our yard. Our fountain was knocked over.
