Our house is located along the Little Lehigh Creek in Lehigh County. A hurricane inundated us with a significant amount of rainfall. The water came up fast and furious and over the banks into our house. We ended up with about 8 inches of water in our finished basement. It was about 2 in the afternoon and the water started receding. Steve and his crew where onsite by 2:30 to begin remediating the situation. I can't say enough good things about Steve! I was referred to him to do a mold evaluation. For a number of reasons on my part, he could have easily sold me on a mold remediation plan, but he didn't. He said his professional experience supported that it was not a significant issue. When I was not convinced, he referred me to a mold testing company. The results: Steve was right! I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Steve now for the past couple years, and I can tell you he is a man of honor, integrity, and runs his business with the most ethical behavior. I will continue to recommend his services to family, friends and personal clients of mine, because I know that Steve , his crew will be sure to take care of them, listen to their needs and get the job done properly the first time.
Snow was melting and leaking down through the ceiling near the garage. Steve provided excellent consultation for how to address the indoor air-flow and mitigation to keep out mold. If further construction is needed, Countryside will be first to get the call. Highly recommend Countryside Emergency Services Inc.
Recently had water damage from a roof leak. This is the second time I have used them. Countryside emergency services took the time to ensure both water and mold were mitigated. I had no cleanup after the job was completed. They took care of everything. I would highly recommend to anyone needing emergency services. Thank you countryside for your professionalism.
