Kim helped my wife and I find the home of our dreams. Lord knows we were a difficult buyer. Kim made countless trips to meet us at different houses over several months. There was a great amount of difficulty in the contract once we finally found our home. Kim was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. To top it off... she brought a bottle of wine, chocolates and a Lowe’s gift card at closing. Kim you were prefect. Thank you for all your help!
What you did to us was very cruel. I found out you sold the property without giving us the opportunity to counter. We were approved and you did not even follow up. Just because you were pissed you had to split commission. Dirty and illegal.
