Mark Cobb is horrible. My husband places an offer which was quit reasonable for a 2 bedroom on bath which is overpriced. Asking was 110,000 we offered 90,000. He wouldn't even present our offer said we were being unrealistic. It's against the law for him not to present the offer to the clients no matter what the offer is. He's rude and condescending and smart mouthed. I would never give that jerk one dollar for commission.
