Very pleased with the responsiveness of office sales, site visit sales/review, and installation. The installation crew was professional, meticulous, and informative. They went out of their way to look all systems over, pressure test everything, check/adjust regulators, check bonding, venting, etc. I am very hard to please and they exceeded my expectations! Fantastic to see people care about their work
Awful people that run this company, just awful, do not deal with them, stay away :EDIT: Claiming not do business with me is bs, how could you know or not, by my google name, ha, one, some people dont use their real name for this, two, you could have sold propane to me under a business name, so claiming that you never did business with me is bs, that is just a way for not admitting it was you and not christian at all, even tho you claim to be run by Mennonites. I am very disgusted with this company.. I have used them for a couple years and will not use them again! The way the treat there faithful customers is disgusting! i had an unexpected death in my family and it took me a little longer to pay off my bill, BUT as soon as they brought it to my attention i paid it! This was the first time this happened! Now, they refuse to help and just throw their customers away like trash! For a company of faith i am so confused!
