I've been a customer probably over 25 years. Along the way customer service changed, but I kept loyal. Dealt with some complications even though I may not have agreed. I need to share that it's been clear in the last 5 years, how the customer service have improved from the initial call to the driver completing the delivery. I get propane from them. They also connected my generator to my propane system, and they did a great job.

Do not deal with them, they are more expensive compared to other places, and I had a horrible experience with a couple of there employees, even tho he claimed to be a Mennonite, there was no way he was one. Very pleased with the responsiveness of office sales, site visit sales/review, and installation. The installation crew was professional, meticulous, and informative. They went out of their way to look all systems over, pressure test everything, check/adjust regulators, check bonding, venting, etc. I am very hard to please and they exceeded my expectations! Fantastic to see people care about their work
