We live in the country and are surrounded by trees and fields. The pool is covered for the winter and still gets filthy. I’m talking about not just leaves, but huge spiders. The big wolf ones! They have been opening & closing our pool for years now. They clean up everything. They also go the extra mile to fix any problems I have. They are patient and answer my questions. I’m very happy with Justin and his crew. Thank you all for the wonderful service. We really appreciate it.

These guys serviced my pool for almost 4 years and were not cheap. We spent thousands on yearly contracts plus all the extras whenever the pool was dirty, needed chemicals, etc. I never complained and paid them everything even though there were always extras because they knew my pool and equipment. They promised to open my pool by mid-March months ago. I kept calling, texting, and emailing for a date. I had promised my in laws the pool would be open for them when we went away for Spring Break. Disappointed in the end. Pat and Justin came out and knocked out my replumb and new heater job. But I could not get them back out to punch out / small warranty repair. I know they are busy, but I tried for 6 months. When I was able to get ahold of them, they had an excuse like opening pools this month and will come out after that. I ended on doing the work myself. It you use them, would recommend that you hold onto 10% retention during the warranty period.
