Kathy Oritz was amazing during my visit. I been to about 13 other apartment properties within the month and this one was the best. She is so caring and understanding and I can honestly say renting here is the best decision I could have made.
Tiny tiny tiny apartment for the price. While it was updated, the washer/dryer kept breaking. 430 sq ft for over $2K a month! I had to call the repair company every time the washer/dryer broke.
The whole transaction was smooth and easy, even though we’re from another state and did almost everything online. Thanks to Manager Kathy for making it such a great experience!
I recently moved into this apartment complex and couldn’t be happier. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Kathy was especially helpful throughout the entire process, super friendly and made everything really easy. Great experience overall!
