This was my first time boarding my dogs! I was very skeptical but from the beginning everyone calmed my nerves and made it an amazing experience! From the friendly staff to the picture that were sent to me of my fur babies it was all incredible! I will definitely bring them back for boarding as well as grooming! They are rockstars at countryside!!!
Beans loves visiting this place. She is a super social girl and they keep her busy! We tell everyone she is going to camp when we drop her off. The only thing she doesn't get is merit badges.

We wanted to surprise you, but we are actually only a few small requirements away from earning the Personal Fitness Merit Badge... We just need to teach her how to sit still long enough to outline the 12 week fitness plan outlined in requirement 7. ;) Beans has been doing great, and we love having her here for playtimes. Picked up my dog on a Sunday from a ten day stay here and he was completely soaked in his own urine. There was absolutely no empathy from anyone I spoke to including the owner. I was sent a report card that said my dog was NOT let out Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! When I asked for a refund for the days that they could not provide proof that my dog was taken care of I was sent a check for $15. I would never leave my family member here again. Such mistreatment!
