David and his team are always very professional and more importantly very good at what they do. In a world where customer service is lacking and employees are rude and entitled seems to be the norm. However when dealing with this company im always met with an eagerness to fix my problem and the customer experience is always above board. Just wanted to share our great experience with David & Countryside Outdoor Equipment. My husband purchased a Hustler Zero Turn mower & 6x10 trailer. David took the time to explain the whole process from beginning to end & made sure we were satisfied & had no questions or concerns. We would highly recommend Countryside to our family & friends. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
I took my chain saw in because I didnt think it was oiling properly. They inspected it and determined it was oiling but that it had a leak. And to fix the problem was more than the saw was worth. These guys are as honest as they come. And you dont find that today. They are located just a short drive to Barren Plains. I will continue to use these very honest businessmen for all of my repair work. Thanks so very much!
