STAY WAY from this company. I insured my business through them for several consecutive years. All good when I was paying for premium until I canceled due to ridiculous increase, apparently because of all the fires, hurricanes, and other natural disasters and theft. I call them right away to cancel. I have been ping ponged from insurance company to them and back while trying to cancel. I am so impressed with the superb customer service and care that is taken with Countryside Insurance Clients. I had a somewhat complicated situation which required Joanne to spend quite a bit of time and phone calls to the agency's underwriters. She followed through beautifully and resolved all issues. In this day and age, it is rare to find such a willingness to follow through on the client's behalf. Kudos to Countryside Insurance Agency!
