Trustworthy, experienced, and reputable***HANDS DOWN! I have had several other local heating companies to my home but none could compare to the outstanding service I received from this company. From the moment my call was answered until I had heat (the same day) I was thoroughly impressed.
Not Happy with Service Countryside replaced a water heater in our home that was supposed to be the same model as the existing water heater. What they installed was a lower-end model, and we were charged a higher-end price. In addition, our carpet stairs were soiled when they removed the existing water heater. Their efforts to rectify this situation to our satisfaction have not been adequate.
Negative Experience We felt taken advantage of by this company. We were in immediate need of a water heater replacment. Countryside was to replace the water heater with the same model as the existing high-end water heater in our home. Instead they installed a low-end model and charged a high-end price. Further, when they removed the existing water heater, they left a dirty residue on the carpeted steps. We were very dissatisfied with the service they provided.

Great company, wonderful service! A This past April I purchased a furnace and central air conditioner from Countryside. I can unequivocally say without any hesitation that your sales rep was wonderful. He constantly followed up with me, answered my questions and was diligent in returning my calls.
