I called to schedule a new patient appointment and recieved so much attitude and unprofessionalism. Before I could finish scheduling, I got hung up on. I called back 3 other times to speak with a manager and got hung up on each time. What kind of business is this?
MOST FRAUDULENT DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. They tried to defraud me. I broke a tooth, went in to have it examined, and they said they would come up with a plan for a crown. I signed it. I go in to get two badly decayed teeth removed, and they tell me I need to pay $125 a tooth for medicine and a "bone cleaning", neither of which I have had for 8 teeth being extracted in my life, and are not required or paid for by Medicare. I have been going to Dr. Kohlberg for years. I have always had an issue going to the dentist but she is the first one I've had that can keep me coming back. I had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed and she got me through them all. She always makes it as painless as possible and she really cares about her patients. I have referred many people to her over the years and I would never go anywhere else.
Best dentist I have ever had, She does great work, reasonable pricing and make you feel like you are her one and only patient at the time. Been with her for 5 years now and don't plan on looking for anyone else to do my dental work.
Dr. Kohlberg is a great woman! Her office is sensitive, professional and affordable!Dr. Kohlberg saved me a few years ago when I had a very bad infection in my impacted wisdom tooth. I let the infection go for too long, as I did not have health insurance. I needed to be seen ASAP, but the soonest appointment that I could get anywhere was a week away.
