We were On hwy 35 heading toward the outlets at approximately 3:50-4:15 pm. During this time frame we were harassed by a truck! I was awoken at 3:50 to a LOUD honk. I asked my husband what happened he told me that he was trying to get into the far left lane had his blinker on and slowly entering the lane when the truck behind him sped up and honked his horn. Customer services from the office is terrible. I paid money for a service contract with your company. Your service office staff can not even return a call to acknowledge they received my request. I called in the morning 6/24/19 with no response all day. The gentleman that has shown up to do the work in the past is very nice and does his job. He deserves front end support. The customers that pay deserve common respect of a call back
