They Agreed to a deal and then went back on it. I had purchased insurance, had a hard credit pulled and everything. I get there to sign paperwork( drove from out of town ) and now the deal was “misunderstanding”. Not a good way to do business and why car dealers have the reputation that they do.

Customer service is horrible here. And the "receptionists" are too comfortable with it for upper management not to know or even notice. I have my suspicions of why. We are a family of Dodge and Jeep drivers and frequent a few dealerships in the Atlanta area. A couple knowing us by name. I will never patronize this place again. We have the power to take our black dollars elsewhere. It's 2026 not 1926. They need to get with the times before they get left behind.
