In December I traded in my '23 Silverado ZR2. I bought a '26 Dodge Ram Rebel. From day 1 the truck had an issue with towing. The lights and brakes will not work on the trailer when using this truck. My sister and I broke down in Jackson, GA while on a vacation. We ultimately traded in our existing vehicle and purchased a 2026 Jeep Gladiator. Brandon was our salesperson. He was awesome. Very helpful and if he did not know an answer he would find it. He also played "Uber" for us as we were stuck without a car for several days and staying approximately 15 miles from the dealership. BUYER’S BEWARE!!!! Purchased my 2025 Jeep Wrangler less then a month ago. Haven’t even made my first car payment yet. It’s been at the local dealership for repairs for 10 days. Countryside sold me a vehicle with missing factory issued parts and now there’s damage to vehicle. The repairs are over $1K!! I have made numerous attempts to contact numerous different managers and have only been ghosted!!! Conveniently the GM is out of the office for weeks as I was told. Brandon Soyke was AWESOME! I bought a 22 Toyota RAV4 from him last Friday and I love it. Brandon wasn’t pushy and just really easy going. There is nothing worse in a car experience than some pushing a sale and Brandon didn’t do that. He was up front and honest and that’s just hard to find!
