We had been speaking with a sales person regarding a Cadillac and had been corresponding by phone and email because we are quite a distance away. I had such a pleasant experience when I initially purchased my car from Jay. Four months later my alternator burnt out and not only did I have to replace that my entire fuse box needed to be replaced. Unfortunately I live in Milwaukee so I couldn't bring it to Fond Du Lac. Jay talked in circles when I asked if there was anything he could do for me - final answer was no.
