My cat of 13yrs suddenly became very ill and the receptionist told me to come in immediately even though Dexter wasn't their patient. Unfortunately it was not good news and I had to make the hardest decision to let my sweet boy go. Dr. Parker and the staff that assisted me were so amazing through the whole process. Well I took my baby mona to countryside because my yorkie just kept getting a yeast infection and her other vet just cannot get it under control or would not tell me what I could do I was not happy Baby Mona was taken care of and her doctor toke her time with her she explain what I needed to do and give me medication for her they also work with me with her bill they care and that is important to me they are like my kids.
The first visit was NOT a fluke! On our second visit to countryside vet, my dog who had been muzzled at our other vet for the past 4 years, went willingly with the staff for X-rays- he practically bounced out of the room with a complete stranger. There is a calming presence about them. Thanks countryside!!!
As usual, the service at Countryside was great. Although my cat Scout, was not pleased to be there, Dr. Cunningham and the other staff members treated him gently and with professional care.
