I lived at Countryside for just under a year & have ZERO complaints. Usually I don't take the time to do these reviews, but the property manager there (Frank), sooooo impressed me, I felt obligated to add at least a little something. I could look out my window any day of the week & at any times to find Frank hard at it. And he was inevitably helpful anytime I had a question or concern. I've had the pleasure of living at Countryside Apartments in Eveleth, MN, for the past few years, and it's been a wonderful experience. One of the highlights has been the exceptional management by Frank. He's always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel comfortable and taken care of. I have lived here at countryside apartments for over a year now. With my lease coming to an end, I figured I’d leave a review of my opinion of the place. I have to say, this is probably my favorite rental I’ve ever lived at. Oracle Properties came in and did a fantastic job buying the units and renovating everything brand new as well as really taking care in making the complex a nice place for the tenants. HORRIBLE management!!!!!! They don't have a maintenance crew. You have to do everything yourself to fix your apartment. Don't let you move out without paying ridiculous fees or if you want to break your lease you have to pay 2,000 plus 2 months of rent. They make up their rules as they go and will email them to you. Roaches and disgusting bugs in entry ways and they never clean them up! They just kill them. Carpets in hallways look very outdated and worn. Outside looks great but inside is terrible. I’m pretty obsessed with the new look, I have a renovated apartment and it’s amazing being the first tenant to use all of these things it’s pretty nice. Management is pretty good conspired to most places I have lived. The apartment manager is very good about getting back to you promptly about concerns, very understanding, and always willing to help with what she can. The maintenance guys are great.
