I rented here with my roommate and when I chose to move out and not renew my lease, she decided to stay. Management wanted to me to sign a form stating my security deposit would be returned when my roommate decided to move out (which could be years) and I said no, then turned out to be a stressful situation. I had no problem taking responsibility for the deduction in my security deposit due to carpet damages made from my pet.

I have lived here for 6 years and I love it. Although I find it retarded we can't have pools dogs or trampolines
