STAY AWAY apartments are old. coats and coats of paint on the walls.walls are paper thin.When the people upstairs walk around things on my walls shake and fall off. I can hear what the neighbours two units away are doing. It is over flowing with foreigners. and low income people who do not know how to practice good clean habits. They throw there trash in the streets. They pack 6-8 people in one apartment. Infested with vermin because of these dirty people. So Grateful! Since I am moving out next month, I thought I would take the opportunity to thank you for everything you all have done for me. I had a great time living here. I found everyone is the building from security staff to the maintenance people to be so helpful and cooperative. No doubt, Seaview is the best! Should I move back to NY I would only live here!
Perfect for anyone! My apartment is very clean and it has a brand new kitchen and new carpet. I love the space for the price also. It's perfect for me and my little family.
Never think about Royal Gardens I was living Royal Gardens for last few years, I think I should share some of the information which help all the poor fellow who are looking for the appartment here.
Poor Management I am currently staying at Royal Gardens and wouldnt recommend it to home hunters. The management is really poor and they take there own sweet time to resolve your problems. Also laundry rooms are open from 8am-8pm....makes it difficult. But the maintanence of landscaping is good and they have lawns in each block.
Safe, quiet, and roomy I highly recommend this apartment complex. The prices are a bit more than you'll pay as you move closer to New Brunswick, but you get what you pay for. The apartment is attractive and spacious, in a quiet environment. Maintenance staff is quick and good at what they do, and the manager is excellent to work with.
