They are the worst to rent from. All they want is your money and charged me almost $4,000 for repairs lmao and the landlord knows nothing when you ask her. They charge you like $250 for carpet cleaning and don’t even do the carpet I do not recommend. And don’t leave your garage doors open lol

I've never had any issue with them. I speak with the property manager often and she handles everything very well professional and understanding. Would recommend

Terrible company. Stay away. The day I looked at it was a dark cloudy day. The apartment was very dirty. And because she didn't turn the lights on. I did not notice how bad it really was. She promised it would be clean when I moved in. It was filthy when I moved in. And when I filled out the move in check off list. They denied everything that was wrong or dirty. Do not rent here. They do not care about their tenants and are just money hungry. I had a leak in my wall that would soak my carpet every time it rained, black mold, both my sinks leaked and was left without heat in the winter for almost a week along with a lot of other things. They never respond to you when something is broke until months later. I moved out over a month ago and have not seen my security deposit, i have reached out multiple times about it and they won’t answer. Stay far away!
