Lived there two years, you get what you pay for and for two beds in a great area with no crime and accessibility this is what you get. It is not by any means dirty, or ghetto. Cheaply made, sure. But as are most houses. Regarding the mold, I never noticed such other than rusting around the bath tub from long term use. The countertops are wood laminated but they stay in good condition, and are easy to clean. Did a job there
I've been very happy with management and how quick maintenance gets work orders done. Neighbors are friendly. Have had a bit of mold in the window sills on occasion but that is to be expected at older apartment complexes. Was really impressed with the snow removal this year too. Overall this is a nice place to live and can't wait for the pools to open in a few months.
