Lily’s first vet visit at Countryside went well. Dr Smith was a good bedside manner.
You always get more than you asked for! The staff is always pleasant. Always! They always act like your dog is their favorite. But my Little Smudge IS their favorite. Dr. Flores was wonderful. She is kind and empathetic and gentle with my pup. Exams are very thorough. She’s open to solve some problems by listening very well and making you feel very confident in the care she gives. What a great place to take the little ones you love.

My dog loves Dr. Smith. Peaches now even whines when she sees her which is reserved for those she knows and really likes. Dr. Smith gets in the floor with her, is very loving and patient while performing the exam. The staff are friendly and helpful- overall a great experience.
Super friendly front desk staff. Vets are compassionate toward pets/owners. They don't bombard you with a huge list of labs and shots because of corporate sales tactics; instead, recommendations are on a case by case basis.
