Dr Amy is the BEST!!! I remember our Brandi's (an Aussie mix rescue) first visit almost 4 years ago. At the advice of her staff we had a few "hello" visits just with staff (Cassie, Amber, & Kellie) before her "real visit" with Dr Amy. When the first visit came we were comfortable enough to let Cassie take her in first, then we'd go in. When we went in the exam room Dr Amy was sitting on the floor with Brandi a across her lap. Love everything about Countryside. Dr. Charlton is the best vet and her love of animals shows in every visit. Love her staff too. Best vet in all of Central Florida.
