I’m big believer in customer service. The first phone call I made was amazing! The receptionist was kind, friendly and informative. This is the first person who represents the Countryside. It was my first visit with my new dog so I was a little nervous. The Vet tech did an outstanding job, documenting my concerns, asking me questions plus giving Melo attention.
