My cats have been patients at Countryside. Last night my 15 year old cat had two awful seizures during the night. We called Countryside first thing in the morning and they said they wouldn’t be able to get us in until 2 days later. On top of that they never asked a single for question to see how he was doing. Just said for us to go to the animal hospital in Ormond. My cat most likely will need to be put to sleep and they are sending us to a clinic 40 minutes away and that we’ve never been to. I will never return.

Had Pretty Mama and Gracyn spayed yesterday. The doctor was patient and kind in answering all my questions. The staff are always kind and caring. Both girls seem to be recovering quickly
My two pups have seen many of the vets from Countryside and all of them are stellar. Between allergies, Cushing’s disease, and other health issues, my Golden Retriever and Yorkie have always received excellent care. In addition to the veterinarians, all of the staff from the front desk to technicians are incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Dr. Bryson is excellent and does a great job of explaining everything regarding your pet's diagnosis and medications. The staff are also very professional and helpful. Thank you all for great service.

Everyone who works here is so kind and caring. Miranda, especially, is amazing. She helped me through losing my 18 year old dog, Mack, and getting him cremated. I was so comforted by her genuine understanding and compassion. I could never say thank you enough for the kindness she showed me. 🖤🖤🖤
Even (and especially) during a pandemic, Countryside Animal Clinic provides safe, caring, and professional services to our little Yorkie. Who knew you could get curbside vet service? Thanks, as always, for the TLC!
The staff here are amazing! Dr. Malisse has been great! I can not say enough wonderful things about her. A few years ago she saved my dog, came up with a treatment plan that worked and I have continued to take my dogs to her. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Malisse!
