I ordered from their amazon store. They didn't ship the product to meet the delivery window. When I tried to cancel they created a tracking number to act like they would ship it in order to stop my cancellation. When I, a week later, reached out to Amazon about it, as they had not shipped it or cancelled it, they came back the day before I could again request a refund saying something happened at usps and that they had gotten it resolved.
