Hi , I am writing here to try and contact you about my online order .. I have now waited 7 days and I’ve not received even an email to confirm my order .. it shows in my bank account that I have paid your business. No confirmation of purchase , no confirmation of payment!?!? Are you serious.. if customers have paid your business for products then you surely would send confirmation emails etc … but no I have nothing.
