Now Momentum Marine and RV Repair Do not use Momentum Marine and RV by Foley Alabama. My husband and I are retired. We trusted this facility to replace our 2019 Salem Hemisphere Elite Fifth Wheel roof and rebuild two slides Aug 2022. The cost was almost $25000 insurance paid $11000 for roof and we paid the rest. We check seals regularly and seal as needed. We are full timers. I noticed about a month ago all the edges on the roof had became loose. I hired an RV contractor to tape and seal the entire roof. I bought an RV adapter and took it back to my RV for the electrician to use to fix my RV. As it turned out, the adapter wasn’t needed. The adapter NEVER left my car - it stayed in the bag with all tags still on it. I attempted to return it ( with the receipt ) and the very rude “ boss “ at this establishment refused to take it back because he said “ it has a “ burn “ smell. “ Any smell the adapter had was there when I bought it. No amount of explaining to this man that it had NEVER EVEN BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY CAR would suffice... read more

Our return policy, which is posted around the store as well as on your receipt, clearly states that no electrical, electronic, special order or opened packages are eligible for return. The adapter falls under those guidelines. It’s unfortunate that you disagree; however, customer behavior in the past is the basis for the return policy.
We took our RV in for what we thought (hoped) was a minor problem. It did turn out to be a minor and it was fixed promptly and we felt fairly charged. Everyone was extremely nice from the office personal to the technicians that fixed the RV. would highly recommend!!!!
Great people to do business with and Jim is one of the most honest man that I have ever dealt with. I took my fifth wheel in for repairs and they done excellent work and were very fast with repairs. This is the only place I will take my camper to in the future. Robert Potter
